Days 121-126 (Tues-Sun) Finishing School

Sorry, life caught up with me!!

Tuesday - I saw Pam and Chad off the airport. It was sad seeing them go :O( I spent the rest of the day organizing my biology notes, so I could get in a good day of study for Wednesday, and updating Chad's Blog. I also attended a free Yoga class Whitley held, except I fell asleep during the meditation - oops.

Wednesday - I studied Biology all day, with short interruptions to go running and start my Education in Natural Landscapes (ENL) final paper.

Thursday - Biology Exam - eek! It was difficult but I think I passed. All the exams for Melbourne Uni are held in the exhibition building in the city. You get a seat number and have to fill out all of these forms. There are two exam times each day (3 hours each). I'm not sure how many students it holds but I was number 2000 something! After lunch and a nap I started work on the ENL paper. I also attended another Yoga session and stayed awake! The paper took up the rest of the evening.

Friday - I finished the paper (just for the record the paper was based on Philosophy, so there wasn't any additional research required outside of the class notes, which is why I was able to write it in a day and a half - and I had already outlined for it) and handed it in. I spent the rest of the day running errands and panicking that my school days are officially over (for the moment). I'm a little scared out of my mind right now. I took the evening to catch up on emails and work on the blog.

Saturday - After a morning run and brekkie I headed to the Vic Markets to round up some more gifts and food for dinner. I came home for a quick lunch and then Rosie and I headed to the VCA Dance performance. Unfortunately we were late (the trams were all shut down because of a Christmas Parade) and they wouldn't let us stand inside and we missed our friend's performance. We even left super early to avoid being late. Very disappointing - stupid trams. Anyway, in the evening I headed to Simon's (German) for one last WA trip reunion/BBQ. Victoria and I made nachos and Kangaroo steaks - yum. Everyone was pretty exhausted from exams so it was an early night.

Sunday - Today I am packing up and leaving for Kakadu! I'll return next Friday!

I threw in some extra pictures from my sister...

Chad and I being critters

Standing in the Ocean pool - brrr!

Snorkeling on the reef

I just think this picture is hysterical
